From our origin as the People’s Palace in 1887, a community venue where people of the East End could enjoy dance classes, organ recitals, donkey shows and art exhibitions, as well as gain skills in various trades, to the Queen Mary we are today, we are proud to be an an anchor instution in east London and maintain a strong commitment to the communities around us.
